In our Blending Rooms we assembled whiskies bold
in flavour and rich in texture. We wanted to capture
the grandeur and vibrancy of a night at the circus.
Smokiness from whiskies from the Talisker and
Caol Ila Distilleries are layered with Speyside sherry
character, finished with liquid from the now closed
Port Dundas distillery.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A rich and textural malt whisky, aged in
first-fill sherry casks giving deep fruitiness,
with aromatic dry smoke and a wonderful
silky flourish on the palate.
