Highland Park Spirit of the Bear was released exclusively for the travel retail market in 2018, inspired by the Viking virtues of strength and courage. Matured in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, this smoky single malt offers a rich and layered character, combining notes of peat smoke, orange peel, stem ginger, brioche, and sweet vanilla malt. Bottled at 40% ABV and presented in a 100cl bottle.
Nose: Gentle peat smoke intertwined with freshly baked brioche, roasted coffee, and golden honey.
Palate: Vibrant orange zest and warming stem ginger complement floral barley notes and a lingering smoky richness.
Finish: Long and smooth, with fragrant sandalwood and a subtle sweetness of vanilla malt.
