Tasting Notes
Nose: Vibrant and fresh. It opens with citrus zest and crisp green apple, followed by warm vanilla, herbal mint, and a touch of honeyed sweetness.
Palate: Creamy and smooth. The palate features a balance of toffee apple, toasted pecans, and warming cinnamon spice, layered with notes of cacao and vanilla fudge.
Finish: Clean  and warming. It closes with a lingering peppery spice  from the rye, balanced by soft oak char and a final hint of soft maple syrup.
