Kavalan, Taiwan's pioneering whisky distillery since 2005, has garnered acclaim with its Concertmaster single malt. This whisky, initially aged in American oak, is finished in a trio of Portuguese Port casks - Ruby, Tawny, and Vintage. Its excellence was recognized at the 2011 International Wine & Spirit Competition, where it took the top spot as Best in Class.
