It is a welcome return for the Longrow 18 year old this year, matured in a combination of 90% Sherry and 10% Port casks and bottled as part of our limited core range Longrow.
Nose
This year’s Longrow 18 kicks off with notes of blackberry jam, walnuts, liquorice and a subtle smokiness on the nose.
Palate
The peat smoke continues on the palate and notes of black forest gateaux, maraschino cherries, dates and dark chocolate ganache are introduced.
Finish
A long, gentle finish, there are notes of coffee beans, sea salt and peat smoke.
