The Three Ships 11 Year Old Whisky Shiraz Cask Finish is the fifth release in the annual Master's Collection. Matured for 8 years in American oak barrels and finished for 3 years in seasoned Shiraz oak casks. A total of 2,994 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 51.4%.
Matured by Master Distiller Andy Watts in American Oak barrels for eight years before being finished in seasoned Shiraz oak casks for three years, the smooth and complex finish draws signature spice and fruit aromas from the seasoned Shiraz casks – telling a story of perfect balance, and our passion towards creating the exceptional.
