The peaty whisky has been sourced from a distillery on the island, the liquid was aged for 10 years in a mixture of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks. Naturally coloured and non-chill filtered. Aerolite Lyndsay is an anagram for the words “ten year old Islay”.
