Craigellachie Distillery's limited-edition single malt is part of Bacardi's Global Travel Retail Exceptional Cask Series. Hand-selected by Dewar's Master Blender and Malt Master, Stephanie MacLeod. Distilled on 13 April 1993, it was matured in refill and recharred ex-bourbon casks, then finished in French Sauternes wine casks for almost two years.
Nose: Tropical fruit aromas.
Palate: Luscious and supple, with syrupy pineapple, peaches, and apricots.
*Finish:* Velvety soft, with creamy vanilla.
