The name Kasei translates to "Mars" in Japanese, and this expression is designed to be clean, soft, and highly versatile.It is a blend of both malt and grain whiskies that have been matured in a variety of casks, including American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in a crisp and fruit-forward flavor profile.
